339.8 I started today wanting to duplicate last week. A had a cantaloupe for breakfast. I felt like crap till mid-morning. I made a decision that I could not continue with the 7 day diet for a second week. I switched to a low carb plan based on the Atkins approach. back 30

338.8 I feel much better today. A lot stronger! I picked up what I need to stay on the low carb plan from COSTCO.> cheese string, high protein shake, chicken breast and rib meat, turkey bacon and plenty of spinach. I have some beef patties still in the freezer. ….. 0
